AutoFix AI works the way a methodical mechanic does: gather the facts, rule things out with simple checks, and only then talk about parts. Here is the whole process.

    Describe symptoms, warning lights, noises or starting problems in your own words.

    Optional OBD codes, photos, video or engine sounds.

    Answer a few questions

    AutoFix asks targeted follow-up questions chosen for your vehicle and symptom.

    Narrow down possible causes

    You get possible causes, safe checks and the next diagnostic step for each one.

    Test and update

    Use the guided tests and update the diagnosis with what you actually found.

What it can and cannot do

Everything AutoFix AI produces is a set of possible causes to investigate, not a confirmed fault. It cannot inspect, lift or road-test your car.

Safety-critical symptoms such as overheating, weak braking, a red oil-pressure warning, loss of steering or a fuel leak trigger fixed stop-driving advice that the AI cannot soften. Some faults can only be settled by a physical inspection by a qualified mechanic.
